Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. In the Automation Store, type LinkedIn Public Company Scraper in the search bar to quickly find the tool.

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

To run the automation at specific times, use TexAu’s scheduling feature. Click Schedule to set the date and time, or configure a Recurrence Frequency for automatic repetition:

• At Regular Intervals (e.g., every day or every 6 hours)
• Once
• Every Day
• On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays)
• On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 5th and 20th)
• On Specific Dates (e.g., March 1)

Scheduling the automation is beneficial if you regularly track updates for a list of companies, keeping your records up to date.

Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

To simulate natural browsing behavior and prevent LinkedIn from flagging activity, set an Iteration Delay to control the interval between each company profile extraction. Configure Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay values to introduce variability, helping to avoid detection. Adjust this delay in seconds, minutes, hours, or days, based on your needs.

• Cloud: Runs the automation on TexAu’s servers, ideal for a hands-free operation.
• Desktop: Run locally on your device if you prefer using your own IP address, which may help simulate manual activity.

Tip: Running automations on Desktop mode saves cloud runtime costs and provides more control over task execution.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

Once the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to access the extracted company data. Locate the LinkedIn Public Company Scraper automation and click See Data to view or download the results.
