Step 3: Select Your Input Source
After linking your LinkedIn account, select your input source for the Service Search. You can choose from:
- Keyword or LinkedIn Service Search URL for single input,
- Google Sheet URL or CSV file containing multiple keywords or URLs.
For example, if you want profiles related to marketing services, enter keywords like Marketing Consultant or Social Media Expert, and apply LinkedIn filters such as location, current company, followers of, and industry to narrow your results. Copy the search URL or include it in your Google Sheet or CSV file for TexAu to automate.

Tip: LinkedIn has an approximate limit of 1,000 profiles per search URL. For broader searches, break down your criteria into smaller segments to stay within this limit.
Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)
To schedule the automation to run at a specific time, click Schedule and set the desired start time. Scheduling is ideal for running exports during low-activity hours. Options for Recurrence Frequency include:
- Once,
- Every Day,
- Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays),
- Regular Intervals (e.g., every 4 hours).
Screenshot suggestion: Show the scheduling screen with options for start time and recurrence settings.
Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)
Setting an Iteration Delay helps you avoid LinkedIn’s activity detection. Control the frequency at which TexAu extracts each profile by setting a Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay. Choose the time unit as seconds, minutes, or hours based on your needs.

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)
In Output Mode, select the data export format: Google Sheet or CSV file. This allows you to easily share or analyze the data from your automation.
Output Options:
- Append (Default): Adds new results to the existing file.
- Split: Saves results in a new file for each extraction.
- Overwrite: Replaces previous data with the latest extraction, ideal for tracking changes.
Duplicate Management: Use Deduplicate (default) to automatically remove duplicates.
Tip: Google Sheets is ideal for direct export if you want to integrate with other workflows easily.
Screenshot suggestion: Show the Output Mode settings screen, highlighting Google Sheets and CSV options.
Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop
Once you’ve configured the settings, click Run. Choose to run the automation on Cloud if you want TexAu’s servers to handle it or on Desktop if you need more control and want to use your local IP address.
Tip: Running on Desktop helps simulate local activity and reduce cloud run-time costs.

Step 8: Access the Data in the Data Store
Once the automation completes, go to Data Store in TexAu. Find your LinkedIn Service Search Export and click See Data to view and download your results.
